Cardama begins the construction of three vessels for Angola
Astilleros Cardama set three new constructions in motion this week. There are three multipurpose vessels that the Angola's Ministry of Transports put out to tender and that was awarded by the company from Vigo in 2008. Nevertheless, they came into effect last Wednesday. The vessels mission will be salvage and anti-pollution struggle in the African country coast. There are 44 meters long and 12.20 wide. They are designed to transport 25 people, the maximum speed is 15 knots and their autonomy is 30 navigation days.
The deadline to deliver the vessels is 16, 20 and 24 months; therefore Cardama has secure workload until the end of 2013.
