Navalia organizers anounce booking deadlines for 2028

The next edition of the trade fair will take place from May 23rd to 25th, in two years' time.

As the tenth edition of Navalia comes to a close, the organizing committee is already shifting its focus to the 2028 event. Therefore, exhibitors interested in participating in the next edition of Navalia should keep the following dates in mind:

• Location confirmation: Until October 16th, 2026.
• Location upgrades and space expansions (subject to availability and on a strict first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the signed Application Form): Until December 31st, 2026.

From that moment on, once current exhibitors have finalized their locations on the floor plan, Navalia organizers will begin processing new contracts on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
