Navalia intensifies its international expansion with visits to Marintec China and WorkBoat New Orleans in December.

These trips, organised by Aclunaga with the support of Igape, form part of the growing interest that the Asian and North American markets are showing in the upcoming edition of the trade fair.

Navalia kicks off December by advancing its internationalisation strategy with key visits to the most important markets for the naval sector. The fair will attend Marintec China in Shanghai from 2 to 5 December and, for the first time, take part in WorkBoat New Orleans 2025 in the United States from 3 to 5 December.

These trips, organised by Aclunaga, are part of the growing interest that Asian and North American markets are showing in the upcoming edition of Navalia, which will celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2026 and is expected to be the most international edition in its history.

Navalia's presence at Marintec China, one of the world's leading shipbuilding trade shows, reflects the strong demand from this market. In recent months, Navalia has received numerous inquiries from Chinese exhibitors, as well as interest from shipyards and technology companies seeking firsthand knowledge of the opportunities offered by the Spanish auxiliary industry. The meetings and contacts made in Shanghai will consolidate the Asian presence at Navalia 2026, strengthen alliances with strategic partners, and expand the participation of institutional delegations, as was the case during the recent trade missions to Thailand and the Philippines. In parallel, Navalia will be present, for the first time in its history, at WorkBoat New Orleans, the gateway to the US market. It will also do so in partnership with Aclunaga, which will have its own stand at this leading trade show for the maritime industry in the United States.

Presence at WorkBoat New Orleans will allow the organisation to strengthen its relationship channels with a market that combines technological capacity, sustained demand, and a strong focus on innovation. The goal is to increase contacts with US companies, associations and shipyards interested in participating in the event and to explore opportunities in the fields of the blue economy, sustainability and new Industry 4.0 developments.

With this schedule of visits, Navalia continues to drive an edition already marked by a notable rise in Asian exhibitor, particularly from China and Japan, alongside confirmed delegations from Europe and Latin America, including Italy, Norway, Colombia, Germany, Argentina and Peru.
