Navalia attends Aqua Nor (Norway) looking for new market niches

Zamakona or Murueta Shipyards take place on the 2019 event

The International Shipbuilding Exhibition, Navalia, attends this week to Aqua Nor, the greatest international trade fair for aquaculture technology worldwide, and it will take place in Norway the 20th and the 23rd of August. No other aim than studying and attract new market segments for the Spanish show. “As it occurred with the cruise segment, our task and fast obligation as trade fair is to investigate where new business opportunities could be for shipyards and auxiliary industry and bring it to Vigo. The trade shows continue to be a great window case and meeting point for companies”, explains Javier Arnau, Navalia’s Director from Norway. “We have done important prospects in the main cruisers shows worldwide, in due course, and it was successful. In this moment we take a close look into aquaculture. Shipyards building aquaculture support and service boats take place on this show. We expect to come back with new options for our show”, assets Mr Arnau. Zamakona or Murueta are the Spanish firms taking part as exhibitors of this 2019 show.

Aqua Nor is performed every second year in Norway, and it has been established as world reference meeting: it is one of the most important of the world within the technological solutions for aquaculture sector. It received over 27 thousand visitors and had 600 exhibitors coming from 25 countries in 2017.
