The Colombian Metal Cluster will be at NAVALIA 2020

 The South American association joins the list of exhibitors of the eighth edition of the fair trade

The Fedemetal Chamber of the National Association of Businessmen of Colombia (ANDI) will be at Navalia 2020. This is included in the recently signed collaboration agreement with the International Shipbuilding Exhibition, which is the result of meetings held during Colombiamar 2019 last month of March. The Colombian metal sector showed its interest to know more about the Galician naval industry, increasing the business relations that some companies have already established. "During our presence in Colombiamar we could see that there is a great interest in the Galician auxiliary industry. Some companies are already working in the country, although the possibilities are very interesting for both markets ", explains Javier Arnau, director of Navalia. "The talks led us to establish an agreement whereby the Colombian metal cluster, Fedemetal, joins the exhibitors list of Navalia 2020  and from the organization of the fair trade we will set up an important meeting agenda with shipyards and auxiliary companies with interest in work in the South American country ", advances Arnau.

From the Fedemetal Chamber they will be in charge of promoting Navalia among the Colombian metal companies integrated in this association and will offer a presentation within the Navalia 2020 Technical Conference with the aim of exchanging knowledge and technology.

The Fedemetal Chamber of ANDI promotes the development and competitiveness of the metalworking chain and shipyard in the country. It is responsible for national and international representation before the different instances and seek to position it as one of the main ones of the Colombian manufacturing GDP.
