Navalia attends Miami show with an important working load
To attract cruise segment companies for next edition in 2020 is the objective
The International Shipbuilding Exhibition of Vigo flies this week to Miami to take part at Seatrade Cruise Global, the most important cruise show worldwide taking place from the 8th to the 11th of April. Navalia attends on this occasion with an intense agenda whose main objective is to attract more companies of the cruise segment to the event next edition. “We want to increase the international presence with exhibitors and visitors on the 8th edition of Navalia; it is our major goal. On this premise, we should consider the booming of cruise construction has in this moment, it might have a lot to say and to give to our next year event”, explains Javier Arnau, Navalia’s Director.
Thanking to Vigo’s Port Authority presence in Miami, Navalia will keep several meetings at their stand with Miami Dade Beacon Council and with one of USA Foreign Trade Department delegations. In this way, and after six months of work with USA embassy in Madrid to get the country presence on the eight edition of Navalia, one delegation will visit Vigo by the end of April. The event organization from Vigo coordinates this trip whose objective is to visit fishing companies, the shipbuilding sector and also the Port of Vigo.
Apart from that and thank you to Abanca at Navalia’s Executive Board, Javier Arnau will visit their finance delegation in Miami where he will be meeting with several companies of the shipbuilding sector. Finally, Navalia’s Director will meet with the Finance and Commerce Counsellor of Miami Spanish Embassy, organized by ICEX (Spanish Foreign Trade Institute) and IGAPE (Galician Institute for Exporting).
