Metalships set up giant cranes in the McDermott Off Shore

The 289 offshore for McDermott will work as support vessel for the oil platforms under rent contract. The boat has closed work campaigns just when it left the Metalship dock.
The McDermott offshore is 133 meters long and is one of the two boats in which Metalships is working nowadays. The other one is also an offshore for the French ship owner Tecnip, which is 135 meters long and that has a budget of 107 millions. Metalships & Docks receive yesterday in the Port of Vigo the biggest crane that will be set up on a boat in the Vigo's shipyard history. The artefact was transported from Norway to Guixar by the German merchant ship "Wiebke" and it will be assembled in the offshore boat 289 that is being built by the Rios shipyard for the North American ship owner McDermott, which venue is in Houston, Texas.
