Alintra Systems focuses on lightness and efficiency with its larcore® solutions for naval interiors and electric ferries
These laminated and decorative panel solutions combine strength and lightness without compromising interior design.
Alintra Systems is advancing naval interior design with solutions based on its larcore® panels—lightweight, high-performance proposals developed to meet the demands of the maritime industry. The company specializes in manufacturing industrialized lightweight solutions, known for their versatility in finishes. These range from laminated surfaces to decorative options, always integrating energy efficiency criteria and optimal use of onboard space from the design phase.
Based in Miranda de Ebro, the company supplies larcore® panels laminated with HPL for a wide range of applications in ship interiors. These systems have undergone significant development in recent years thanks to close collaboration between Alintra Systems’ technical team and its clients, allowing each solution to be tailored to the specific requirements of every project. All products are also certified under IMO MED standards.
In addition, the company has developed specific solutions for electric and hybrid ferries, where material weight is a critical factor. For these applications, it offers larcore® panels coated with decorative films, designed to reduce weight without compromising strength or finish options.
These solutions, which will be showcased at Navalia 2026 at stand 2D24, enable interior designers and shipyards to create spaces with a wide variety of finishes without increasing structural weight. Alintra Systems already supplies these materials to passenger transport projects, strengthening its position as a strategic supplier in the transition toward more sustainable maritime transport.
