Navalia Exhibition and the Einaval congress join forces to boost sector

Both events are held biennially in even-numbered years

Navalia Exhibition 2026 and the International Meeting of the Shipping Industry (Argentina), EINEVAL, have just signed a collaboration agreement to strengthen the sector in both countries. Javier Arnau and Marcelo Domínguez formalized this alliance at Navalshore (Brazil) last August.

Organized by the Buenos Aires Shipping Industry Association (ABIN) since 2009, EINAVAL is the most emblematic event for the Argentine shipbuilding industry and one of the most representative in Latin America. In 2026, the Argentine event will take place from November 18 to 20.

The relationship between Argentine and Spain shipbuilding industry, and more specifically with Galicia, is strategic and has a long tradition. During the last edition of Navalia 2024, ABIN and the Galician Maritime Cluster Association (Aclunaga) signed an agreement to address the sector's international challenges in terms of technological innovation, Industry 4.0, environmental sustainability, and safety improvements. This collaboration also included the promotion of joint projects to highlight the importance of shipbuilding industry in both Galicia and Argentina, as well as initiatives aimed at technological improvement, productive sophistication, efficiency improvements, and new production design methods.
