The Mayor of the capital, Bruno García, and the Government Delegate in Cádiz, Mercedes Colombo, were also present at the event.
The project, defined as 'singular', has been designed to train some 8,475 students, both employed and unemployed, through 565 courses covering 41 training specialities. The investment earmarked for this plan amounts to more than 2.3 million euros and will be developed over three years.
