Industrias Ferri purchases Brusselle

Industrias Ferry and local partners from Benelux have bought the Belgium winches and rudders manufacturer.

The business was carried out with the creation of a new company that also incorporates the winches manufacturer Carral, property of Ferry, which name is Brusselle Carral Marine.
Brusselle develops from its inauguration in 1929, winches and rudders in the north of Europe providing equipment and services to dredging companies as Dutch Boskalis and Van Oord, or Belgium Deme and Jan de Nul. Furthermore, Brusselle is supplier of the ports of Europe tug boats; Rotterdam, Hamburg, Ambers and of the trawling fleet.
Carral is manufacturer since 1927 of winches for Spanish fishing vessels and the army.
Consequence of this challenge, Ferri has implemented in its organization a specific department for the development, marketing and service of the BCM equipment
