Galician Government confirms its participation in NAVALIA with an Interactive stand and the visit of companies from all around the world
Its responsible in Vigo, María José Bravo Bosch, wants the exhibition coincide with the sector relaunch and she hopes that the new Tax Lease system would be authorized in May. Navalia's Executive Committee held this morning a Business lunch that count on the participation of the new responsible for the Galician Government in Vigo, María José Brabo Bosch. During her speech, Bravo Bosch emphasized the importance of the naval sector for the Galician Government, reiterating they will maintain subsidiaries through guarantees, and also will continue their bet for the infrastructures (airports, railways,...) set up and improvement that in a non direct way allows the competitiveness of the sector. She also show her disposition to collaborate in order to Navalia hold its best edition guarantying the presence of the Regional Ministries of Economy & Industry and Rural & Sea, as well as the visit of companies from all around d the world thanks to IGAPE, a bet for internationalization that was managed too through Chambers of Commerce and Galician Government.
The responsable for Galician Government in Vigo spoke about the need of show abroad a union image in a moment like this and she consider workshops as the one that organizes by the Navalia's Executive Committee to be very positive because they join the effort of the hole sector that is really important for the Galician economy. At the end, Bravo Bosch wished organizer team that the holding of this edition coincides with the sector relaunch and the new Tax Lease system would be authorized in May.
Navalia's organizers announce last exhibition numbers emphasizing over all two main concepts: occupation and internationalization. Regarding first one, nowadays there are almost 3.000 squared meters left to be booked from the 30.000 of the exhibition floor. This data reinforce the work made until now in a changing moment of the sector. Navalia's team is sure that the exhibition will coincide with the sector relaunch, something guaranteed by last news:
- International contracts of shipyards as Armon
- Repairs that begin to consider Vigo and Galicia as the ideal place to their vessels, for example Metalships
- Decisions about Vulcano that improve the future perception
- Coincidence in time of the new Tax Lease system and the exhibition, that will attract new exhibitors and visitors
On the other hand, the exhibition emphasizes the constant internationalization process. From last exhibitors participation confirmations for 2012, the most were European brands, for example the exhibition will count on the presence of an International Pavilion from Czech Republic and companies from Korea (RA IN HO CO., LTD),, France (Ansys), Germany (Micfil) and Holland. The Naval French Cluster Neopolia will also participate.
Once again International promotion bear fruit and until Navalia's opening next 22nd of May in Vigo, organizer team still will visit México, USA (Seatrade Miami exhibition) and Morocco to close deals with their governments.

This edition the congress will gather experts from countries as Australia, Russia, USA, or Thailand.
