Navalia 2028's Main Exhibition Halls Almost Fully Booked Nearly Two Years Ahead of the Event

The deadline for 2026 exhibitors to confirm their participation is 16 October, while bookings will open to other companies from 2 November on a strictly first-come, first-served basis

Navalia is making strong progress in selling exhibition space for its eleventh edition, which will be held in Vigo from 23 to 25 May 2028. With almost two years to go before the trade fair, halls 1 and 2 of the Vigo Exhibition Centre (Ifevi) are fully booked, along with several areas in halls 3 and 4, representing approximately 72% of the expected exhibitors. The organisation is now approaching the end of the priority booking period reserved for companies that participated in Navalia 2026. The deadline for these exhibitors to formalise their intention to return for the next edition and retain their previous stand locations is 16 October. This date was communicated to the industry at the close of the tenth edition.

The high level of bookings confirms the forecasts made last May. At the conclusion of Navalia 2026, nearly 70% of exhibitors had already expressed their intention to reserve space for 2028, although these reservations still needed to be formalised. The response received during the first few months has already enabled the organisation to fill two of the trade fair's four exhibition halls. From 2 November, the organisation will open a new booking phase for both 2026 exhibitors who have not confirmed their participation during the priority period and new companies interested in exhibiting at the event. From that date, applications will be processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, a particularly important criterion given the limited availability of exhibition space. Navalia therefore recommends submitting space requests as soon as possible to ensure that each company's requirements in terms of stand location and size can be accommodated.

The booking process for Navalia 2028 is progressing alongside the national and international promotion plan launched by the organisation following its tenth edition, with the aim of continuing to expand the presence of international companies, buyers and delegations in Vigo.
