The V National Maritime Congress commited to blue future

Navalia main sponsor in this important event, organized by the Royal Spanish Naval League and the Spanish Maritime Cluster

The Royal Spanish Naval League and the Spanish Maritime Cluster organize the V National Maritime Congress, which will take place on February 8 and 9 in Madrid. On this occasion, Navalia joins the event as the main sponsor, as Javier Arnau, CEO of Navalia, asserts, "we are very clear the maritime sector is strategic for the economy and future of our country. We are facing an infinite number of challenges, and also of opportunities and in view of this, the maritime industry must be valued as the creator of the Spain Brand".

Under the title "The Blue Future", this congress will address the reality that Spanish maritime sector is going through, as well as its most immediate future. Once again, the V Congress will serve to express the joint voice of a sector whose importance is completely unknown to Spanish society. Among objectives set by the organization are to provide a global vision of the Spanish maritime sector and the main novelties about it; it addresses challenges and opportunities within the maritime sector and highlights its role as an economic growth engine in our country; and to prepare a "Conclusions Notebook" that will be sent to the Government, political parties, press and maritime associations, collecting conclusions provided in the Congress.

The V Congress marks a line of continuity with regards to previous congresses (Santander 2014, Cartagena 2016 and Madrid 2019) and tries to provide a greater visibility to the maritime sector, appealing to create a maritime awareness in Spain that serves as a dynamic economic element through all the actors involved.
