M- FISHING space marketing started at Navalia

Navalia’s eight edition continues to add meters up and now with the M-FISHING space marketing, an old sector demand that will see the light in 2020.” Some visitors and exhibitors have suggested us to contact companies manufacturing fishing boats machinery, high waters process related, and also to other materials used on these boats. Thanking to the enlargement of IFEVI (trade fair facilities) it will be become true on next edition”, pointed the event Director, Javier Arnau, out.
That is that, with the growing importance of fishing fleet renovation worldwide, Navalia’s management has bet for given an exhibition space to this type of companies that manufacture and/or commercialize this fishing process machinery inside ships: fish cleaning, cutting, selection, ice makers, and so on. Navalia has become, year to year, to an incomparable frame for shipowners, as fishing sector is in full swing again due to the national and international fishing fleet renovation. Namilia, Greenland, Argentina and Chile fleets have placed their trust in Galician shipyards to renew their ships.
M-FISHING will be a distinctive and signalled space to facilitate fishing shipowners’ visits. Moreover, Navalia 2020 will perform specific Technical Symposiums for fishing sector and it is working on several visits of shipowners from Cape Verde, Namilia, Argentina and Perú.

Navalia has joint last week Expomar, where the sector showed the need of an important inshore fishing fleet renovation, considering, moreover that Spanish fishing industry is one of the European socio-economic leaders, with 8,972 boats that catch around 940,000 Tons of fishing and seafood, and allows to offer more than ten million fish a day.
At Expomar, Javier Arnau has met Porto Grande and Cabnave Shipyard representatives, as well as the North Cape Verde Chamber of Commerce President, Arnau has got African delegation compromise to join again Navalia in 2020.” Cape Verde is a strategic country considering its geographic position of fishing unloading for boats coming from the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans”, explains Navalia’s Director, who also informed that “we expect them to join our list of exhibitors on next edition.”
