Navalia visits Seatrade given the significant growth in the cruise market of shipbuilding
The fair needs to complete only 5% of the exhibit space to hang the poster full in what will be its sixth edition which will be held next May in Vigo
The construction of cruises has become an emerging niche market for our shipyards and the naval sector auxiliary industry, an opportunity that the organization of the International Shipbuilding Exhibition in Vigo does not want to miss. So, from tomorrow until Thursday, Javier Arnau, director of Navalia, will visit the Seatrade Cruise Global, the world's leading fair of the cruise industry. The Miami event is considered "the epicenter" of the cruise activity and boasts exhibitors and visitors from around the world. It also offers an extensive program of conferences by experts and the most influential executives in the industry.
Javier Arnau will hold meetings with the major cruise lines to invite them to visit Navalia, in order that they can learn the latest developments in this sector, the capacity of our shipyards, as well as all the auxiliary industry, which will meet in Vigo from 24 to 26 May. We must not forget that it is a very demanding technologically market, a very beneficial circumstance to the Galician shipyards, given their knowhow in this regard.
Occupation and international presence
Just two months left for the International Shipbuilding Exhibition´s sixth edition in Vigo and forecasts can not be better, after some very difficult years for the sector.
