Ghenova acquires Tecnor to strengthen its naval division

Spanish company Ghenova has acquired another Spanish enterprise, Ingeniería y Servicios Tecnor, to strengthen its naval area in Galicia (northern Spain), where it has had a work facility in Ferrol since 2003.
