Aister delivers new patrol boat for Civil Guard

It is a new “open boat” type for Murcia maritime service

Aister Aluminium Shipyard has just delivered a new patrol boat for the Civil Guard, the second one this year. This time it is a boat for the Special Group of Subaquatic Activities of Mazarrón (Murcia).

The S-38 boat is a 9,7m Length patrol boat “open” type made in aluminium and it can reach a maximum speed of 35 knots. It will be used to do diving and patrol works and to carry out searching and rescue manoeuvres.

The Civil Guard order belongs to a contract published by Faro during last edition of Navalia and includes another boat for A Coruña also delivered last month.
Aister had got one more order for the Civil Guard last year. In this case, we are talking about three support boats for Baleares, Almería and, once again, Murcia.
