SINTEMAR presents a new mechanical mounting chock that has been developed by MecLev - Mechanical Levelling- that can be used for mounting all types of machinery that requires critical alignment. Available in Spain and Portugal since 2017, its use is well-established throughout Europe and it has some important advantages over similar solutions available on the market such as a higher rated load and a Buttress thread that enables a very easy and simple installation.

Higher load ratings:

Its resistant and compact design result in the highest load ratings on the market, making it suitable for mounting heavy applications with no risk of plastic deformation or cracks.

Rosca tipo Buttres:

The Buttress thread type is especially designed to withstand large axial forces and make it possible to adjust its height easily.

The spherical top part is self-levelling and adjusts itself to the underside of the machinery to the correct angle.

MecLev mechanical chocks are made in accordance with the highest European quality standards and have been approved by most Classification Societies.
