NAVALIA, go for the Korean market!
Next week the manager of the Vigo's contest will meet with the seven main Korean auxiliary industry suppliers and with the Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) Korean delegation visit
On the other side Navalia's Manager will meet next 12 of November with a Korean delegation in Madrid. The meeting, to which will participate the seven main Korean auxiliary industry suppliers, will be suitable to encourage those companies to be present in the next year exhibition, as South Korea is the country with the most important number of shipyards in the world, during last years it has been the principal worldwide shipbuilder, having an amount of exportations that have exceeded 33.000 million Euros. Moreover, according to the last report of the Statistics National Office (NSO), the South Korean industrial production has grew last month of September for third consecutive month (around 11%), data that mean the most important increase since January of last year when the production increased around 11,7%. That implicates that the presence of those companies in Navalia 2010 will be very positive in order to favour the sales relations with the Galician subcontracting companies, and also to diversify provider offers of our shipyards.
Finally, Navalia's team will have a meeting with Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) in the Korean embassy in Spain. This agency works to improve the relations between the Korean companies and its sales partners, in order to encourage investments and international trade, that's why the presence of this agency in the International Shipbuilding and Maritime Industry Exhibition of Vigo as a promotion organization and as a union link, will have a big interest for the Galician naval industry.
