The organizer team of the event from Vigo visited Expomar as well as the congress of Naval Engineers held in Valencia

Navalia continues with its promotional calendar, that during October had two important dates. First of them was the visit to Expomar, held in Cape Verde. Javier Arnau, manager of the Spanish event, maintained an intense agenda with a very positive result: along next moths a commercial mission of companies from Cape Verde to Navalia 2020, is going to be organized. Arnau had the opportunity to visit the Cabnave shipyards and learn first hand about the African country business opportunities. “Cape Verde can be a very interesting destiny for the naval sector companies. I think that we can also work on the exchange of ideas and training among professionals in both countries” explained the Navalia’s director.

On the other hand, from 25 to 27 October Javier Arnau participated in the 57 th Congress of Naval Engineering and maritime industry that organizes the AINE, and where Navalia is sponsor. It was the national showcase which welcomed more than one hundred professionals and experts to show, once again, the current situation of the sector. The new situation of the shipyards, the emergence of the industry 4.0, new needs about employability, training and internationalisation were the central themes of the Congress.
